Wisconsin Farm Facts

A four-color brochure containing statistical information about Wisconsin's agricultural industry, including farm numbers and average size, economic impact of agriculture, top commodities produced, farm receipts, farmland ownership, and environmental stewardship. The brochure is available free in classroom-size quantities of 25 or less.

WONDERFUL WORLD OF WISCONSIN AGRICULTURE
A four-color brochure that translates statistics about Wisconsin agriculture into language kids can relate to. For example: "Each year Wisconsin harvests 77 million pounds of crisp, juicy apples. Pleasant valleys like Gays Mills grow enough apples to make 46 million apple pies."

AMERICAN FARM BUREAU FARM FACTS
A 29-page four-color booklet that features charts and graphs with facts about today's agricultural system, food consumption and safety, biotechnology, international trade, historical highlights, and agricultural terminology. A pullout is included. Produced by the American Farm Bureau Federation.

Get detailed statistics about Wisconsin agriculture, including county-specific data from the National Agricultural Statistics service 2002 Census of Agriculture.
