Volunteer Information Meetings

The Wisconsin Ag in the Classroom program holds informational meetings for local volunteers to learn more about how to bring agriculture into classrooms.

The meetings are for Ag in the Classroom volunteers, 4-H Extension staff and club leaders, agriculture education instructors, FFA advisors and members, FFA Alumni, commodity groups, Farm Bureau members and others interested in helping with Ag in the Classroom programs.

The meetings focus on developing county programs, reviewing the Fun Faces of Wisconsin Agriculture lesson plans and resources, promoting the essay contest, sharing funding ideas, doing hands-on activities, and developing volunteer and teacher contacts.
